Job Description

**About the Company**

Recruitment South East is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our client's business. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Warehousing & Logistics, Purchasing, and Accounts.
  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
  • Oversee inventory control systems to ensure stock availability and minimize stockholding costs.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.
  • Maintain accurate budgets and forecasts, and monitor and analyze financial performance, including P&L statements.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of operational best practices, including inventory control, purchasing, and logistics management.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
