As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading projects, collaborating with clients and contractors, conducting site surveys, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building services consultancy, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to understand project requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Conduct site surveys to gather data and inform project design.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a building services consultancy.
  • A Mechanical Engineering degree or a related field (BEng/BSc).
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering projects as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of project specifications, suitability, and design monitoring.
  • Proficiency in Hevacomp/Prodesign, Revit, and AutoCAD.
