Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team at PayPoint plc. As a key member of our CRM Services team, you will be responsible for providing robust support processes for all CRM systems, including Salesforce, Integration services, and back office systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and take time to understand the needs of our customer base.
  • Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, assignment rules, and license needs.
  • Create and customize standard and custom objects, including fields, page layouts, security rules, workflow, and validation rules.
  • Monitor data quality, integrity, and user adoption.
  • Establish, implement, and administer best practices for system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, backups, etc.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in implementing and configuring Salesforce.
  • Good understanding of declarative tools like Process Builder and Lightning Flows.
  • Knowledge and experience with Sales and Service clouds.
  • Experience of working within a support team.
  • SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures).
  • Experience of Azure Cloud.
