Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator at PayPoint plc, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business systems that are essential to our Merchants and Retailers. You will work closely with the Business and CRM Team to ensure incidents are resolved and requirements are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide robust support processes for all CRM systems, including Salesforce, Integration services, and back office systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service and take the time to understand the needs of our customer base, openly discussing possible solutions and managing expectations.
- Ensure that all change from the CRM Delivery team is transitioned into production with the right controls and processes in place to be effectively supported.
- Deliver business change on Salesforce and back office systems, helping to drive the delivery and technical competency of the team and the product forwards.
- Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, assignment rules, and license needs.
- Create and customize standard and custom objects, including fields, page layouts, security rules, workflow, and validation rules.
- Monitor data quality, integrity, and user adoption as part of the wider application support team.
- 1-2 years' experience in implementing and configuring Salesforce, ideally with experience of lightning implementations and support at enterprise license levels.
- Good understanding of declarative tools like Process Builder and Lightning Flows, including when to use them and their limitations.
- Knowledge and experience of Sales and Service clouds.
- Experience of working within a support team.
- SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures) and Azure Cloud experience.
- Good communication skills.
