Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team of Financial Advisers, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update cases and Adviser/PA on Salesforce.
  • Provide quarterly reporting to Advisers on turnover status.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working within financial services is preferable.
  • Understanding of financial products will be an advantage.
  • A driven individual with a focus on client service and contributing towards a high-performance culture.
  • IT technically proficient including Office 365.
Work Environment:

The training period will be office-based, and once training is complete, there may be the option to work from home.
