About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver holistic patient care to support good clinical outcomes
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs with the multidisciplinary team
  • Supervise Therapy Clinical Support Workers and Occupational Therapy Students
  • Work collaboratively with the integrated Occupational and Physiotherapy Team
  • Contribute to the development of the team and the service

Requirements

  • Postgraduate training in Occupational Therapy
  • Experience in rehabilitation and clinical decision-making
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work across different settings and teams
