Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their risk management requirements.
- Policy Administration: Administer commercial insurance policies, ensuring accurate and timely processing of renewals, quotations, and claims.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential exposures and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products and services to existing clients, driving business growth and revenue.
- Compliance: Ensure all commercial insurance policies are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Cert CII or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 3 years' experience working as an Account Handler in Commercial Insurance.
