The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar and Lounge Manager to lead our bar and lounge team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar and lounge, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and motivate the bar and lounge team to deliver high-quality service and achieve performance targets
  • Develop and implement innovative beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
  • Maintain inventory and stock levels, ensuring efficient ordering and stock rotation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service during events and peak times
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-end bar or luxury hotel
  • Exceptional knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A creative and innovative approach to menu development
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
