By the time you are with Clients alone, you will be a master in Luxury Styling. Highly accomplished in providing luxury service, meticulous in every detail. This is non

**About the role**

Passion for the product is essential. You will need to be keen to do research, development, trend watching - all to enhance your Clients experience. Exceptional product knowledge and understanding of our designers, collections, modifications and additional services will be fundamental.

By becoming a Bridal Styling expert, you will be sharing your knowledge, expertise and genuine interest with your Clients and Colleagues. Taking care in following up, checking in with them, informing them of updates, new products or services that will be of particular interest - putting your clients at the heart of everything you do.

A keen interest in social media is required, as it is a vital method of communication with our customers and potential customers, along with keeping up with trends and improving your knowledge of the Wedding Industry. Part of your role will be presenting interesting content for our future brides to be.

Our Clients expect confidence, competence and genuine care. It is a delicate and incredibly personal role, which requires sensitivity and efficiency - all mixed with an overwhelming desire to bring a dream to life in front of the mirror Matching the right dress to the right customer whilst delivering an exceptional experience is something to be accomplished with confidence.

You will be required to use our online and POS systems with meticulous precision, efficiency and detail. Confidently embracing our systems and procedures.

- Punctuality is essential. Ensuring the boutique is ready for the day ahead.

**About you**

You will need to be passionate about Bridal & Weddings and at the forefront of Bridal trends, with a genuine passion and excitement for our brand to give the very best customer experience.

Experience within either; a luxury customer service setting / hospitality / one to one service / the wedding industry is essential.

Knowledge of fabrics, designers and quality is preferable. We are keen to learn about what best motivates you - our values centre around passion, drive & a desire to succeed. To exceed expectations at all levels by delivering the very best for our clients & each other. We want you to be motivated and have targets - it is important you communicate your motivators with us.
