**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, helping them to overcome any challenges they may face with our products.

**Responsibilities**

  • Act as the primary point of contact for pre/post sales and technical enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Recreate end-user setups to replicate issues reported in the field and submit detailed bug reports.
  • Represent the Technical Support team and our customer base during the development phase of new products.

**Requirements**

  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on audio engineering and music production.
  • Experience working with Mac OS and Windows systems.
  • A polite, patient, and helpful phone manner.

**Salary**

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £23,500 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to investing in its employees and providing a competitive compensation package.
