Our client, a successful company in North Yorkshire, is seeking an experienced Senior Architect/ Architectural Technician to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will work alongside experienced Architects, Technologists, and Designers to design and deliver exceptional building and spaces for various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have substantial years of industry experience post-qualification in a UK-based practice and expertise in Revit. You will be responsible for project management, ensuring that all deadlines are met to a high standard of work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ARB Registered/ CIAT accredited or working towards.
  • Substantial years of UK-based experience and a full understanding of the UK planning policies and building regulations.
  • Knowledgeable in Revit, Adobe, and Sketchup.
  • Previous experience in sectors similar to those mentioned above.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Liaise with other clients, contractors, and work professionals.
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met to a high standard of work.
  • Responsible for project management.
  • Several years of job running experience and the ability to manage a small-medium sized team.
