Project Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

About the Role
  • Lead architectural projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and heritage
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Manage and mentor junior architects and technicians to ensure project success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • ARB registered and RIBA chartered
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience working in a team environment and managing small teams
