Our client, a successful company in North Yorkshire, is seeking an experienced Senior Architect/ Architectural Technician to join their team. You will work alongside experienced Architects, Technologists, and Designers to design and deliver exceptional building and spaces for various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have substantial years of industry experience post-qualification in a UK-based practice and expertise in Revit. You will be responsible for project management, ensuring deadlines are met to a high standard of work, and liaising with clients, contractors, and other professionals.

Key skills and duties include:

  • ARB Registration/ CIAT accreditation or working towards
  • Substantial years of UK-based experience and a full understanding of UK planning policies and building regulations
  • Knowledge of Revit, Adobe, and Sketchup
  • Previous experience in sectors similar to Large Scale Residential, Logistics, and Commercial projects
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work successfully as an individual and as part of a team

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the UK construction industry and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
