Nursery Leadership Opportunity

Bright Horizons Ely Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a qualified and experienced Room Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team to deliver exceptional care and education
  • Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
