Nursery Room Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Ely Day Nursery and Preschool.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education to children.
- Ensure the learning environment is stimulating and engaging, with a focus on indoor and outdoor activities.
- Develop and implement rich learning opportunities and exceptional care to support children's individual milestones.
- Build strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet the needs of each child.
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, or similar.
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Above industry standard salary, with annual salary reviews.
