Role Overview
The Duty Manager at SSP Group is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our airport locations. This role requires a strong leader who can create a clean and welcoming atmosphere for customers, while also guiding and supporting their team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of creating a clean and welcoming environment that meets customer expectations.
- Guide and support colleagues to maintain a safe working and dining environment.
- Coordinate team efforts to ensure operational excellence.
- Focus on operational efficiency and champion improvements.
- Recognize and celebrate exceptional service within the team.
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with the team.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within coffee and bakery.
- Ability to handle and serve alcohol.
