Job Summary

Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Grade/Salary: Level 2A (Grade 3-4)

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Assistants to work with our children, some of whom have Special Educational Needs. Ideally applicants will have experience of working in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Providing one-to-one support to pupils
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a primary school setting
  • Ability to work with pupils with Special Educational Needs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
