Senior Sales Manager Position

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to lead our sales efforts. As Assistant Director of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting group and MICE customers, providing direction and sales leadership, and ensuring proactive plan and sales strategies.
Responsibilities:- Identify and target group and MICE customers that will generate business for the hotels
- Provide direction and sales leadership
- Proactively identify corporate accounts
- Ensure proactive plan and sales strategies
- Organise the corporate business travel activities
- Manage and train the Sales Managers
- Organise and attend fam-trips
- Achieve monthly KPIs and sales goals
- Report to the Director of Sales
