Support Partnership Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Partnership Manager to join our team at FourSynergy Group. As a key member of our Support Partnerships team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our most vulnerable tenants receive the care and support they need to thrive.

About the Role

As a Support Partnership Manager, you will work closely with our care providers to maintain a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment across our properties. You will be responsible for developing improvement plans, managing compliance, and resolving complex care-related issues to ensure high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor support solutions, conduct quality audits, and manage risks to drive successful outcomes for our residents.
  • Work with existing care and support providers to develop improvement plans, manage compliance, and resolve complex care-related issues.
  • Lead the onboarding of new care partners, ensuring that all services align with regulatory standards, including safeguarding and care quality requirements.
  • Support Project Partnerships: Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor support solutions, conduct quality audits, and manage risks to drive successful outcomes for our residents.
Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Support Partnership Manager who understands the challenges and rewards of supported housing. You will need:

  • Experience in the care or supported housing sector, with a deep understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and care quality standards.
  • Strong relationship management skills, particularly in working with care providers and other support services.
  • A compassionate approach, with the ability to handle crises and manage compliance with a focus on care outcomes.
  • Excellent project management skills, with an emphasis on enhancing support services.
  • A commitment to making a positive impact on vulnerable individuals and communities.
