Support Partnership Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our Support Partnerships team. As a Support Partnership Manager, you'll work closely with our care providers to maintain a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment across our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop improvement plans with care providers to ensure high-quality support
  • Manage compliance with regulatory standards, including safeguarding and care quality requirements
  • Lead the onboarding of new care partners to ensure alignment with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor support solutions and manage risks
Requirements

We're looking for someone with experience in the care or supported housing sector, with a deep understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and care quality standards. You'll need strong relationship management skills, particularly in working with care providers and other support services. A compassionate approach, with the ability to handle crises and manage compliance with a focus on care outcomes, is essential.

Excellent project management skills, with an emphasis on enhancing support services, are also required. A commitment to making a positive impact on vulnerable individuals and communities is vital.
