Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor support solutions, conduct quality audits, and manage risks to drive successful outcomes for our residents.
- Lead the onboarding of new care partners, ensuring that all services align with regulatory standards, including safeguarding and care quality requirements.
- Work with existing care and support providers to develop improvement plans, manage compliance, and resolve complex care-related issues.
- Support Project Partnerships: Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor support solutions, conduct quality audits, and manage risks to drive successful outcomes for our residents.
We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and care quality standards. You will need strong relationship management skills, particularly in working with care providers and other support services. A compassionate approach, with the ability to handle crises and manage compliance with a focus on care outcomes, is essential. Excellent project management skills, with an emphasis on enhancing support services, are also required.
