Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist

A career progressing opportunity to lead the implementation of quality improvement projects within a mental health service has become available. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing quality improvement projects based on agreed work programmes. This includes developing and delivering excellence in clinical quality, identifying measurable service improvement plans, and working with colleagues to implement agreed service developments.

Salary
An attractive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this challenging and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and consolidate the delivery of excellence in clinical quality within the service
- Support operational managers in the delivery of excellent clinical services through best practice interventions and robust supervision structures
- Develop and lead on all aspects of learning from experience within the identified area
Person Specification
- Relevant experience in quality improvement
- Demonstrable experience/examples of leading on quality improvement projects
- Teaching skills and good communication skills
