Job Title: Digital Business Growth Leader

Bionical Solutions is a global leader in digital solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. We are seeking an experienced Digital Business Growth Leader to lead our client engagement efforts globally, excluding the US.

About the Role:

  • This role involves networking with key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities and cultivating relationships that drive growth.
  • The successful candidate will establish and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, primarily marketing, medical, and procurement teams.
  • A deep understanding of industry trends is essential to support client discussions and presentations.
  • The Digital Business Growth Leader will lead the development and presentation of new business pitches, showcasing compelling solutions and value propositions.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to deliver exceptional client experiences, manage project pipelines, and ensure timely project initiation.
  • The role requires advocacy for CRM best practices, maintaining accurate account data, and driving process improvements.
  • A thorough understanding of client financials, including internal reporting on active, lapsed, and new accounts, is necessary.
  • Maintaining open communication with internal teams to coordinate support for new business initiatives and transition project ownership effectively is critical.

About You:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual with expertise in digital solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, effective communicator, and skilled at translating client needs into compelling proposals.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working with pharmaceutical marketing / digital teams or business developing digital / marketing services.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and delivering business results.
  • Successful experience developing business at major, mid-sized, and emerging pharmaceutical companies.
  • Ability to articulate solutions from a commercially driven business perspective.
  • Methodical and strategic thinker.
  • A highly collaborative team player who works well with internal teams to drive results.
  • Laser-sharp focus on client service and delivery.
  • Highly organized with a track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Financial acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Effective use and championing of CRMs.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
