About the Role:

This is a leadership opportunity within HC-One, a renowned care home provider. As a Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our care home in Giffard Park. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents, while also driving operational excellence and providing a supportive environment for your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care services.
• Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve seamless care delivery.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a commissioning or leadership role within a care setting.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues.
• Validated experience in safeguarding, including recognition of signs of abuse and neglect, and knowledge of reporting procedures.
