Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Prescribing Paramedic to join our multi-professional team at Farnham Park Health Group. You will work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality primary care services to our registered population.
Main Duties of the Job
The successful candidate will hold an autonomous practitioner qualification and be able to prescribe independently. Primary care experience is preferable but not essential. The successful candidate will have the ability to maintain excellent standards of patient care, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work as an individual or part of a small team as necessary.

Job Responsibilities
The post holder will be an experienced Prescribing Paramedic who will provide care for patients presenting with undifferentiated symptoms, from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of their care. They will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
