Customer Service Specialist

We're looking for a passionate customer service professional to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Job Summary:- We offer a competitive salary of £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a company car scheme, pension contribution, and annual leave.
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our Performance Academy, with additional online and induction training. You will be expected to:
Key Responsibilities:- Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
- Promote and sell-up additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
- Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers and drive revenue growth.
- Keep customers informed and updated on progress or additional works needed.
