Mandarin Speaking Credit Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin speaking Credit Manager to join our team at People First. As a Credit Manager, you will be responsible for assessing proposals submitted to the Credit Management Department and writing credit reports. You will also compose and update credit applications, attend Credit Committee meetings, and regularly monitor the risk situations of borrowers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess proposals and write credit reports: Evaluate counterparty management, industry and transaction risk, financial accounts, cash flows, and forecasts to determine creditworthiness.
- Compose and update credit applications: Create and modify credit applications, including waiver requests, limit renewals, and proposals for new transactions.
- Attend Credit Committee meetings: Present credit reports to the Committee and answer questions from members.
- Monitor risk situations: Regularly review the risk situations of borrowers in an allocated portfolio and industry risks.
- Ensure compliance: Adhere to departmental procedures manuals and ensure the approval process is managed efficiently.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree educated in Finance, Business, or Economics.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing large corporate portfolios.
- Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of banking products and risks, legal documentation, financial and modeling skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Language: Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin, both verbally and written.
