The Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Care and Compassion Specialist to join our team at Ash Tree House. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent care and assistance to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, dressing, and meal support.

You will also be responsible for promoting a safe and supportive environment, encouraging our residents to maintain their independence and autonomy. Your kindness, compassion, and understanding will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents and their families.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Encourage resident independence and autonomy, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the unique needs of each resident.
