Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide secretarial support within our Memory Service team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To handle switchboard calls with a professional and sensitive manner, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • To perform various administrative duties efficiently and effectively.
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator, providing excellent customer service skills and experience of Microsoft Office Package. The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, excellent communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and be efficient and organised with their workload.

Requirements:
  • A good telephone manner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Office Package.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
