The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our small but driven team in Leeds. The primary focus of this role is to support our Business Manager in growing the location and expanding our industrial recruitment services across the North West.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to client management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the industrial sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the branch.
- Support the Business Manager in implementing strategies to expand our presence in the North West.
- Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
