Job Summary:
Our client, a highly respected and established recruitment specialist, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their Accountancy Division in central Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and growing industry.
About the Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing the database, selling your services to businesses within your designated geographical area, and achieving both activity and financial targets set. You will work in a busy and established desk with active vacancies and candidates, and will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication, empathy, sales, and negotiation skills, as well as planning ability, time management, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the Accountancy sector
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Meet and exceed activity and financial targets, including revenue and profit growth
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
