We are seeking an experienced and skilled Finance professional to take on the role of Interim Financial Controller at our client's Warwickshire based construction business. This 6-month fixed term contract offers a unique opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a dynamic and fast-paced organisation.

The successful candidate will have ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications and a proven track record in financial reporting, management reporting, and internal and external audit liaison. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising and developing a finance team.

This exciting opportunity provides a competitive estimated salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role is office-based four days a week, offering a great work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues. They will also be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
