Job Summary
  • Recognise and develop the skills of junior colleagues through mentoring and coaching.
  • Exercise autonomy in decision-making to ensure exceptional patient care.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior nursing staff and students.
  • Contribute to the planning and organisation of nursing activities, including scheduling, recruitment, and training.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
