About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for supporting the Theatre Manager in the efficient running of the Endoscopy Unit, ensuring seamless and personalized care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Theatre Manager in the efficient running of the Endoscopy Unit
  • Coordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety
  • Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless and personalized care
  • Work well with consultants who are experts in their field
  • Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning, and delivery
  • Champion a supportive and enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety
