About the Role

As a Business Development Representative at Rico Property Finance Ltd (T/A D&R Recruitment), you will be responsible for maximising sales and informing existing customers of our new and exciting products. This is an office-based role, with a guaranteed £500 bonus per month for 1 year, along with an uncapped commission package. You will be required to work collaboratively with other departments to exceed customer expectations and work towards exceeding sales targets and business requirements.

About You

We are looking for a proven telesales representative or sales/customer focus professional with a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to learn about new products and services, and a cool temperament to successfully overcome rejections/barriers. Previous experience within B2B wholesale or e-commerce is ideal.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Reaching out to existing customers to maximise sales and inform them of new products
  • Make outbound calls to attract new customers and create new relationships
  • Building relationships and engaging with customers
  • Negotiating successfully with customers
  • Using a CRM tool to enter and maintain all customer information
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to exceed customer expectations
