Estate Agency Business Developer

As an Estate Agency Partner with Spicerhaart Group Ltd., you will have the opportunity to build and develop the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area. This will involve making decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing, developing business contacts with local constituencies, and converting market appraisal opportunities into instructions. You will be responsible for overseeing the instructions to completion, utilizing the support of a nearby hub office with sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff.
The RoleIn this fully employed position, you will have the flexibility of a self-employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in your local area. This will include support from a local property centre, the best technology, and industry-leading marketing to help raise your brand awareness locally.

They will grow their business by building local relationships, being obsessed with business generation, marketing their own personal brand, and offering customers an experience they can rave about.
