Join Our Team as a Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Bluebird Care Cambridge. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our customers, including:

  • Assisting with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Providing comfort and companionship
  • Supporting with household tasks and meal preparation
  • Assisting with medication
  • Accompanying customers to appointments and social events

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide care and support that is tailored to their individual requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Caring, flexible, and adaptable
  • Great communication skills
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own car
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Satisfactory references
  • Minimum availability to progress is alternate weekends, both Saturday and Sunday
