About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our residents to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Support residents with restricted mobility to move around the building and participate in social activities
  • Encourage residents to participate in physical and mental stimulation activities, such as recreational and social activities
  • Promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of care
