• Develop and implement design strategies for temporary immersive retail environments, specializing in beauty and fragrance sectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a collaborative, cross-functional delivery that succeeds with the alignment of brand vision.
• Develop designs and construction details under tight timelines, while balancing internal and external requirements.
• Oversee visual merchandising strategy and coordinate pop-up activations and events.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in concept and pop design, as well as beauty and fragrance.
• Confident creative point of view.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of current market trends and competitor approaches.
• Well organized, flexible, and adaptable.
• Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, or Vectorworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
