We are seeking an experienced Lettings Assistant to support our Residential lettings team in Marlow.

This role requires a confident and proactive individual who can utilize email, handle telephone calls, and manage walk-in enquiries with ease.

A car and full UK driving license are necessary for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients in the office
  • General office administration tasks
  • Ensuring brochure folders are kept replenished
  • Registering applicants on the Reapit database
  • Arranging pitch and viewing appointments

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, and have a strong work ethic.

The salary for this position is £29,000-£33,000 per annum.
