Job Overview

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team as an Engineering Lead.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Civil or Structural engineer to take on a leadership role, build a high-performing team, and drive project success in the Petrochemical & Renewables sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in delivering high-profile projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer with a strong track record of project delivery
  • Proven leadership experience, with a ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong technical knowledge of Petrochemical & Renewables projects, with a ability to apply this knowledge to drive project success
