Job Title: Digital/IM Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital/IM Lead to join our team at KBR. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing internal systems, processes, and applications used on various projects across Project Delivery, Project Controls, Engineering, Commercial, and Information Management.

This is a critical role working as part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting nuclear facilities and delivering services across Client sites. You will work closely with our teams to ensure the effective management of information flow, maintain and control the influx and issue of drawings, specifications, surveys, reports, documents, and trackers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with exchange information requirements and asset information management standards.
  • Management of the supply chain delivering information into the project via exchange information requirements.
  • Management of information at handover into operations, in the operational phase, and at end of life/decommissioning.
  • Supporting teams to effectively manage all information flow, ensuring all departments and team members have the latest and correct information.
  • Collaboration with project management, design, and BIM teams to ensure BIM delivery is successful.

Requirements:

  • Information Management experience across multiple projects and programs.
  • Experience setting up a Document Control and IM function using ISO 19650 processes.
  • Familiarity with the UK BIM Framework and CDE management.
  • Subject expert experience in key IM software, including Gliderbim and SharePoint.

Qualifications:

  • Design and Construction experience - Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP or similar.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.

Security Requirements:

You must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.

Location:

This position is hybrid with some time spent onsite, at our Client's office, and at home. Your own transport is essential as the site is based in Helensburgh.
