Digital Information Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital/IM Lead to join our team at KBR. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for managing internal systems, processes, and applications used on various projects across Project Delivery, Project Controls, Engineering, Commercial, and Information Management.
This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to support the delivery of services across Client sites. You will work closely with our teams to ensure the effective management of information flow, maintain and control the influx and issue of drawings, specifications, surveys, reports, documents, and trackers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with exchange information requirements and asset information management standards.
- Manage the supply chain delivering information into the project via exchange information requirements.
- Manage information at handover into operations, in the operational phase, and at end of life/decommissioning.
- Support teams to effectively manage all information flow, ensuring all departments and team members have the latest and correct information.
- Collaborate with project management, design, and BIM teams to ensure successful BIM delivery and project outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Information Management across multiple projects and programs.
- Experience setting up a Document Control and IM function, using ISO 19650 processes.
- Familiarity with the UK BIM Framework and CDE management.
- Subject expert experience in key IM software, including Gliderbim and SharePoint.
Security Requirements
You must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.
Location
This position is hybrid, with some time spent onsite at our Client's office and at home. Your own transport is essential, as the site is based in Helensburgh.
