About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital/IM Lead to join our team at KBR. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for managing internal systems, processes, and applications used on various projects across Project Delivery, Project Controls, Engineering, Commercial, and Information Management.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure the effective management of information flow, compliance with exchange information requirements, and the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement information management strategies to ensure compliance with exchange information requirements and asset information management standards.
  • Manage the supply chain to deliver information into projects via exchange information requirements.
  • Ensure the management of information at handover into operations, in the operational phase, and at end of life/decommissioning.
  • Support teams to effectively manage all information flow, maintain and control the influx and issue of drawings, specifications, surveys, reports, documents, and trackers.
  • Collaborate with project management, design, and BIM teams to ensure successful BIM delivery and project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in information management across multiple projects and programs.
  • Experience setting up a document control and IM function using ISO 19650 processes.
  • Familiarity with the UK BIM Framework and CDE management.
  • Subject expert experience in key IM software, including Gliderbim and SharePoint.
  • Design and construction experience in Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP or similar.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
  • Eligibility for SC clearance.
