About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join our client, a well-established global business, on an interim basis. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the Managing Director and other stakeholders.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure the business is on track to meet its financial objectives.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage the company's accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payment and receipt of funds.
- Credit Control: Implement and manage effective credit control processes to minimize bad debt.
- Tax and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements, including VAT, P11d, PAYE/NI, and imports/exports.
- Treasury Management: Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity to ensure the business has sufficient funds to meet its financial obligations.
- Payroll and Expenses: Manage the company's payroll and expenses processes to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees and vendors.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as an Interim Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong financial leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in SAGE and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
