As a Graduate Service and Maintenance Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for defining repairs for wings across the Airbus commercial fleet. You will collaborate in the design of the latest aircraft to ensure future designs are repairable, and support research activities including full-scale wing tests.

Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into the position. For this role, placements would typically include an out-of-business placement (e.g. with an Airline or Maintenance Repair Organisation), combined with placements at key internal teams such as Customer Services, Chief Engineers or Future Projects.

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, we ask that you demonstrate you have:

  1. Educated to a degree level or equivalent within Aerospace / Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
  2. Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of aeronautical engineering
  3. Strong verbal and written communication in English
  4. A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
  5. The ability to be self-aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
