Job Title: Lead Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Compensation Specialist to join our People Division at the UK Atomic Energy Authority. This role is responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

About the Role:
In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with our leadership team to design and execute compensation plans that align with our business objectives. You will analyze market data, develop job descriptions, and conduct salary surveys to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement compensation strategies that support business objectives

* Design and execute job descriptions and evaluation processes
* Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement total rewards programs
