Purchase Ledger Assistant Job Description
- Manage purchase ledgers to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Process invoices for the purchase ledger in accordance with established procedures
- Oversee vendor and supplier payments to ensure timely payment and reconciliation
- Handle VAT returns and reconciliations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Your Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with at least 1 year's experience in Accounts payable. Excellent time management skills, excellent communication skills and strong Excel skills are essential for this role.
The estimated salary for this position is around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
