Ledger Management Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Ledger Management Assistant to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of accounts, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, and credit control. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to maintain accurate financial records and contribute to the efficiency of the finance department.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in an accounts role, a strong working knowledge of Sage software, and excellent team player skills. They will be able to work full-time in an office setting and commit to regular working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and friendly team environment. You will receive a competitive salary package (£27,000 - £32,000 per annum) and enjoy regular working hours. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all aspects of accounts, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, and credit control.
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliation and query resolution.
  • Conduct bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation.
  • Utilise Sage 200 software daily to maintain accurate financial records.
