We are looking for an experienced Ledger Administration Assistant to join our team at MCS Group in Belfast. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to maintain accurate records.

Job Description

The Accounts Assistant will assist in maintaining the computerised Purchase and Sales Ledgers, raising purchase orders, and liaising with suppliers. They will also undertake multi-currency bank reconciliations and lead an efficient credit control function.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Raise purchase orders and communicate with suppliers
  • Perform multi-currency bank reconciliations
  • Oversee an efficient credit control process
  • Contribute to stock management and report preparation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5 GCSEs including Maths & English
  • At least one year of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong system experience
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary of £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience, plus study support and flexible working hours.
